A live token display patients carry in their pocket
DoctorIn shows the clinic's running token number on a mobile page that patients open by scanning the QR stand. When reception taps Next on the PIN-protected panel, the number moves forward for everyone. The page shows token numbers only, never patient names, and Multispecialty Pro adds a full-screen waiting-room TV view.

What does the live token board show?
The number being seen now, labelled "Now consulting", and the next tokens in line. For example: #14 now consulting, #15 next, #16 after next. The board sits on the clinic's page alongside the doctor's status, so patients see both at a glance.
How does the token move forward?
Reception taps + Next Token on the PIN-protected panel at /admin, and every open patient page moves to the new number. If someone taps by mistake, − Previous steps the token back.
At the start of the day, a one-click reset takes the token back to the beginning. Multispecialty Pro automates the daily reset and adds CSV reporting.
Why numbers and not names?
Names on a board tell everyone in the room who is visiting the clinic. A token number tells the patient everything they need and nobody else anything at all. DoctorIn never shows patient names or personal details on the token board.
Can the token run on a TV in the waiting room?
Yes, on Multispecialty Pro. It includes a full-screen landscape view of the token board for a waiting-room TV, and the TV follows the same reception taps as the patient pages.
Do patients need to stay at the clinic to follow it?
No. The token board is a web page, so it works on any phone with internet, wherever the patient is. A patient can step out for tea or wait in the car and still see when their number is close.
