Terms of service
These terms cover using doctorin.online and buying a DoctorIn setup. Setups are sold at one-time prices: you pay 50% in advance and the remaining 50% after go-live and stand delivery. DoctorIn is a front-desk display and booking tool; it is not an EMR and gives no medical advice.

You may read and share this website freely. Prices, plans and features shown here describe what is on offer at the date at the top of the page; the plan you agree on with us on WhatsApp or by phone is what we deliver.
What a DoctorIn setup includes
Each plan's contents are listed on the pricing page. Every plan includes a clinic page at [clinic].doctorin.online or a custom domain and free hosting and SSL.
Prices and payment
Plans are one-time prices: Starter Desk ₹9,999, Smart Clinic ₹14,999 and Multispecialty Pro ₹24,999. You pay 50% in advance to start the build. The remaining 50% is due after your clinic page is live and the acrylic stand has been delivered to your reception desk (for plans that include a stand).
Smart Clinic's pilot price is limited to the first 5 clinics in Adilabad district.
Delivery
We aim to have your clinic page live within 48 hours of receiving the advance and your clinic's details, and to train your reception staff in about 10 minutes at your desk.
Patient bookings and deposits
On plans with deposit booking, patients pay a ₹100 deposit by UPI, which the clinic adjusts in the consultation bill. Each clinic sets and communicates its own policy for missed bookings.
What DoctorIn is not
DoctorIn is not an HMIS or EMR. It does not store patient records, write prescriptions or run billing, and it gives no medical advice. The clinic and its doctors remain responsible for all medical decisions and for the information they ask us to show on their page.
